Inventory & Evaluation
$80 (1 hr.)
This service includes a site visit with the grower to collect general information about the operation (grow space dimensions, current method of irrigating, number of plants grown, existing equipment, etc.), establish baselines, and determine the growers' irrigation objectives. This service also includes a preliminary cost estimate if the grower is interested in moving forward with additional services.
Design
$320 - $3,200 (4 - 40 hrs.)
Comprehensive design package includes signed and sealed construction drawings, specifications, and an operation and maintenance plan. If professionally signed and sealed plans and specs are not needed by the grower, design calculations, plans, and specs will be prepared as needed and appropriate for installation, operation, and maintenance.
Installation
$320 - $1920 (4 - 24 hrs.) plus fees and materials
Installation and testing of irrigation system in accordance with plans and specifications. As-built drawings included. 90 day workmanship warranty also included.
Irrigation Water Management
$240 (3 hrs.)
Includes a customized water management plan with recommended irrigation interval and duration based on medium used, plant consumptive rates, system discharge rates, and other factors.
System Maintenance and Repair
$80 - $160 (1 - 2 hrs.) per visit plus fees and materials
Maintenance, repair, or replacement of existing irrigation systems and components. Includes a 30 day workmanship warranty on components addressed. Monthly and quarterly maintenance plans are available for commercial growers.
Consulting and Subcontracting
Price Varies
- Professional engineering preparation, signing and sealing of irrigation designs, plans, and specifications for cannabis contractors and irrigation suppliers servicing Maryland growers.
- Construction quality assurance (QA) includes verification of installation in accordance with plans and specs, and preparation of signed and sealed as-built drawings.
